A few of my favourite things

It’s been long time no see here! I hope you haven’t missed me a lot (actually I hope you have :). I do need to apologise for this although I have a little bit of a legitimate excuse…  just after getting back from Lagos I have spent the past weeks planning a huge part of my blogging future. Between working on a fashion line (Yes my Fashion Line) and strategising on starting a Youtube page(This has been my dream for a very long time now) a lot has been going down actually. It’s a total overhaul of my blogging life a lot of new adventures  soon beginning all at once. It’s all in a bid to give all of myself to what I love doing the most. So I hope you forgive me now and wish me luck in all my endeavours!

Today I’m showing you a few pieces that for now I just can’t put down. These things are swallowing up every space in my brain I can’t even reason with anything else that resides in my wardrobe.I’m quite obsessive when I like something it’s beyond a joke. Does any of you have this problem? The way it happens , you like it, you buy it, it finds it’s way into your home and then it happens!… the rest of your wardrobe suddenly goes into obscurity. I guess in one way its a good thing cause then it means you spent your money on something you would actually find super useful and works well with your taste and style but on the other it’s terribly bad cause for a long time it would seem to everyone around that you’ve got just one bag, one shoe or one dress for eternity and eternity ! Not that it’s a bad thing really but why be MISS-UNDERSTOOD right?

Well this is my current dilemma. Apart from the the fact that I can’t just get away from red (Particularly red shoes), I found this gorgeous thing while thrifting the other day. Im not sure it’s a bag, it looks like a bag but a very odd bag indeed. Anyway the gist is I made it MY bag since then I haven’t been able to put it down! All other bags and shoes can take a back seat until I can get over my obsession. So to help me start the process I decided to do a post featuring a few of my current obsessions so maybe from here on out I can refocus on other things… God help me!!!

Peace & Love

  • Hahaha! Welcome back Ada. I believe everyone who’s style conscious has that sort of “obsession”. Like I recently thrifted a Tweed-Plaid shirt and a pair of Baggyjeans and I’ve been wearing them non-stop. Especially because they are perfect for the current weather conditions in Nigeria.
Looking forward to your Youtube channel ????????????
    P. S- the bag looks more like a bucket bag so YES! It’s a bag ????????

    • Aww Im glad you going through the same thing as me , I guess It’s best we knock ourselves out and get back our money’s worth hehehe!
