Hi Guys! My workwear outfit post continues… today I am playing with winter tones. It is demure and warm and quite compliments the boss-like look this outfit creates. Need I say more about the versatility and necessity of owning a camel coat? I have done countless posts already using this coat which shows that the possibilties with a camel coat is simply unending so I’ll just leave it at that.
It’s important to have a couple of well tailored Pencil skirts as a professional lady – you can’t do without it. I say ”well tailored” because a couple of times I have bought pencil skirts that lose the tapered structure by mid-day… I find this very disorganising lol! Check that the fabric is tough enough to hold to structure for the whole day before spending your money on it. My skirt here is leather so I have nothing to worry about with this one.
Moving on to the tee – Apart from the basic and minimal shades of white, black or grey Tees, I believe we all need an army green tee-shirt in our wardrobe. This shade made an undeniable mark on the catwalks last year. It is basic enough to be versatile but also interesting enough to add some spark to an otherwise monotonous ensemble. I like how it adds a bold tone to my outfit. I have completed my look by pairing it with another staple… the leopard print shoes. If you don’t have one by now, and you are a fashion enthusiast I don’t know where you have been, find one ASAP!
Apart from dressing right for work, always remember to carry yourself with confidence, because it doesn’t end at looking the part, you have to act the part as well, only then does the outfit come to completeness.
Thanks for stopping by and don’t forget to shop my looks with the links I have left below. xx
